<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>74</id><JournalTitle>CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF ESSENTIAL OIL - THYME VULGARIS (L.) LEAVES</JournalTitle><Abstract>The essential oil from leaves was isolated by hydrodistillation and analysed by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The main components in leaves were Thymol (36.79%), O-cymene (24.68%), Linalool (2.87%), Cyclopropane,1-cyclopropylethynyl-2-methoxy-3,3 dimethyl (2.37%), Beta Cubebene (2.68%), Methyl thymol ether (1.63%),Humelene (1.02%).
